Currently we are looking for:
As part of IT Corporate Functions, providing support for application in scope
- manage / organize on a day-to-day basis the work related to application and end user support (maintenance, incident, application new release, patches ...)
- Keep ticket backlog under control, ensure no incident remain pending, obtain support from software editor when required, implement preventative actions to reduce risk of incidents and simplify day to day activity
- Application change management / enhancement: organize workshops, collect business requirement and write specifications, plan and organize work of other contributors
- Maintain and evolve the knowledge base with respect of Technicolor tools and standards
- Key interface with other teams in order to coordinate work
- In case of integration with other systems: coordinate / lead the effort.
- In case of rebuild of an application, can write the procedure to re-install it
