Senior Property Valuer

- Prepare and deliver high quality, in-depth valuation reports
- Deliver services in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions
- Develop valuation inputs and conclusions
- Preparing written reports of inspections
- Cooperate and manage team of valuers and business partners
- Undertaking thorough inspections of buildings and land to identify any characteristics or factors affecting value
- Contribute to the development of Valuation department
- Obtaining new Client and Projects
- Obligatory requirement – certified (licensed) valuer
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in valuation, consulting, commercial real estate investment
- Knowledge or experience with real estate and asset and debt valuation techniques; experience with financing structures, tax, mortgages
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- The ability to work with large amounts of data, attention to detail in both inputs and outputs, and experience with statistical analysis and financial modeling in Excel
- Orientation towards collective team performance
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively individually and with a team
- Having objective on clients’ requirements and needs
