Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. Job Description

The Billing Trainee reports to the Billing Team Lead and is responsible for supporting Billing Team in daily tasks related to invoicing, raising manual invoices / credit memos and resolving all billing issues. Responsibilities also include tracking
issues and maintaining quality metrics, reconciling customers’ contracts and following up for resolution and driving improvements.

Specifically the trainee will be:

  • Raising manual invoices
  • Raising manual debit and credit memos
  • Maintaining quality metrics
  • Printing and delivery services
  • Gather supporting documentation for manual invoices, debit memos and credit memos
  • Work with other billers and collections specialist on billing issues
  • Work with order management to resolve errors / issues
Basic Requirements
  • Student status
  • Advanced English
  • Demonstrated ability to support team efforts as a team member
  • Proactive and results orientated
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task & prioritize
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel with basic knowledge in other MS application
