- Collect due receivables according to procedures.
- Influence customers, negotiate and build business relationships.
- Cooperate with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
- Handle emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
- Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
- Collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
- Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection and collecting high-quality dispute information, while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors.
What do we expect?
- Fluency in English and French languages (min. B2 level in both is required).
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, O2C Collections, BPO, Shared Services will be an asset.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Flexibility.
- For the Analysts role we require min. 1 year of experience in Collections.
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
