Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
- Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships.
- Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
- Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
- Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
- Fluent English and German (B2/C1).
- Preferable experience in Customer Service/ Call Center/ O2C Collections.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
