Your role will involve overseeing the development of the product from the very beginning of the project. This position encompasses all activities related to the product catalog and introducing new products to the companys offerings. You will be responsible for exploring new opportunities in the trailer industry in both the primary and secondary markets in Poland and Europe.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Services Manager to create and oversee our financing programs, including semi-trailers leasing and rentals. In this pivotal role, you will bring your financial expertise, strategic acumen, and industry knowledge to drive the success of our financing initiatives. As the leader of this crucial division, youll have the opportunity to shape and optimize our financing strategies, collaborate with partners, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent financial services to our clients.
- Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and demand for semi-trailers financing.
- Create a range of financing options tailored to different customer needs, including lease agreements, loans, and other innovative financial structures in cooperation with financial institutions.
- Hands-on approach to preparing financial offers to our customers.
- Analyze competitors financial offerings to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop financial models to assess the cost structure, potential revenue, and profitability of financing options, consider various factors such as interest rates, lease terms, and down payments.
- Evaluate financial risks associated with financing semi-trailers, including credit risk and residual value risk.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the organizations interests.
- Ensure all financing offers comply with relevant financial and consumer protection regulations, both at the federal and state levels.
- Develop clear and comprehensive financing agreements and contracts for customers, specifying terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns to market the financial offers effectively.
- Train and support the sales team to effectively communicate and sell the financing offers to potential buyers.
- Continuously monitor the performance of the financing programs, collecting data and feedback to make necessary adjustments.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data to refine and improve financing offers over time.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging financing models, and technological advancements to ensure the offers remain competitive and innovative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance the success of financing programs.
