- Act as Business Partner to the IT (PDT) Function Lead – providing strategic financial support, business case evaluation, and value-adding insights; timely and accurate managerial reporting to include functional monthly reports, forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Drive financial input and coordination for business cases related to IT investments (software, infrastructure, services)
- Coordinate IT investments and allocations across people, infrastructure, and third-party services
- Actively support monthly accounting closures, including review of accruals and validation of financial results.
- Support technology and operational teams in orchestrating and optimizing KPIs, evaluating cost efficiency and business value of IT spending, monitor KPI’s, explain variances
- Perform monthly rolling forecasts activities, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning to include variance analysis and variance quality commentary.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Reporting and Business Units on cross-functional projects, as well as alignment on standards, formats, and reporting timelines.
- Contribute towards standardized, scalable reporting across business units and functions by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and departments.
- Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency, data consistency, and reporting accuracy, with a focus on automation and process simplification.
- Support reporting system improvements, including tool development, master data management (cost center setup, reporting hierarchies), documentation of changes, effective communication across the organization.
- Provide support to capex planning and control process, ensuring compliance, tracking, and strategic alignment.
- Strong experience working with technology, digital, or IT-driven functions.
- Proven track record in cost and investment management, financial modeling, and KPI-based performance management.
- Prior exposure to IT projects participation or PMO experience
- Experience working in matrixed or cross-functional organizations, with the ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently when collecting data, building models, and
- Solid understanding of financial processes, planning cycles, and performance management.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); ERP system experience is a plus.
- High level end-to-end view with attention to details
- Fluent English.
