Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
As a Team Leader in RTR Department, you will be responsible mainly for:
- Supporting and participating in migration of business processes from European countries to SSC,
- Leading the RTR Team, own the learning and development of team members,
- Owning and improving the RTR processes,
- Being the first point of escalation for RTR related issues,
- Being accountable for RTR Operations Targets KPI s within the assigned region.
- Very good English and German C1,
- At least 3 years experience in RTR department,
- Experience in managing RTR teams in shared service center will be an asset,
- Experience in transition management will be an asset,
- Knowledge of SAP Oracle,
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
