Responsibilities
  • Completion of operational audits for Sales related processes in line with the audit program, including ensuring timely and accurate testing results presentation
  • Responding to Clients queries
  • Communicating with the business counterpart to address testing results and support with resolution actions
  • Attending weekly calls with the Client to discuss the testing results, process changes and potential risks to the process
  • Helping in Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work within a problem-solving environment 
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills
  • Knowledge of OTC / Collections / Sales related processes or Salesforce admin experience/user experience would be an asset
