Junior Procurement Specialist

thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide.  We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT).  As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

 

Your responsibilities
  • Quality check of purchase requisitions according to pre-defined
  • Quality criteria and standard communication in case of deviations
  • Ensuring and monitoring of an undisturbed and timely supply
  • Creating and handling of purchase orders for materials / services
  • Utilizing of frame contracts / preferred suppliers
  • Assuring of data entry in the local ERP-system according to thyssenkrupp standards
  • Tracking and archiving of acceptance of orders
  • Requesting the creation of new suppliers according to the thyssenkrupp specifications
  • Clarification of claims / price deviations with requestor
Your profile
  • Education: University (bachelor’s degree)
  • Fluent in German (minimum B2/C1)
  • English knowledge (B1) – would be an asset
  • Experience in operative procurement or finance would be an asset
  • Good knowledge about ERP-systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Good communicative skills / team player / service orientation
