Process Improvement Coordinator (Project Management)

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or economic studies or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of process, quality or project management or in consulting, ideally in the electronics industry
  • Experience in process modelling tools like Stages
  • Expertise on project management processes and methods (e.g. risk management, lessons learned, earned value, scheduling and resource planning)
  • Experience in the industrialization of mechatronics products
  • Ideally you already have experience of implementing major process optimizations with project character
  • Technical knowledge in the field of industrialization of mechatronic products
  • In order to be able to work successfully in an international environment, you are business-fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • You are a team player with good social and communication skills, enabling you to inspire other people with your ideas and to develop new ideas with them
  • Your personal strengths include an analytical mindset, empathy, a focus on results, and personal initiative, and you are able to resolve complex technical and process-related sets of issues
  • Ability to work with a large network of cross-functional stakeholders in multi-international environment
  • Your skills also include good moderation and presentation techniques
  • Willingness to travel (around 15%)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive projects to define and optimize internal project management standards (e.g. ensuring process definitions, implementations and monitoring)
  • Organize and moderate workshops to generate potential improvements and solutions with interdisciplinary teams
  • Definition and analysis of KPIs for project management
  • Coordinate implementation with international project offices and it department
  • Determination, analysis, structuring and evaluation of requirements in different sub-processes
  • Create and run process, method and tool trainings (classroom/web-based) to communicate the content to the employees involved
  • Support of the interface partners to the world of processes and tools
