We are looking for a successful Sr Collection Specialist who is ready for the new challenges and for the work in the environment  with encouraged professional  and personal growth. The Sr Collection Specialist must possess a knowledge of financial, especially accounting processes. In addition to your daily duties you will have a chance provide new hires and refreshers trainings in his/her area of expertise and take part in other projects or completing tasks assigned by the leadership team.

• Subject Matter Expert in Account Receivable sub process or particular market
• Acts as Process Coordinator back up, specifically populate and analyze reportsMonitors collections process, monitors aging and top invoices, handles difficult cases and escalations
• Creates, revises and proposes updates to process documentation in cooperation with the Training Lead
• Identifies areas of improvement and taking part in quality and training initiatives (error analysis, CSAT results, etc.)
• Takes action to prevent backlogs and corrective actions in case metrics are not met
• Provides support and guidance for collectors (provides new hires and refreshers trainings) 
• Cooperates closely with AR Leadership team in setting up Collection’s strategy and action plans

• At least a year of experience in F&A process (preferably Accounts Receivable process)
• Minimum BA degree
• English Language min.B2 (good written communication skills)
• Proven expertise in a particular sub process or collections market
• Proactive and Customer service can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationship
• Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
